FAQS
Questions, answered.
Everything people ask before their first session. If yours is not here, call us and ask.
THE TRAINING
Do you only offer one-on-one training?
No. We offer private one-on-one training, semi-private training capped at three people, and signature group classes capped at fifteen. Every option starts from the same assessment-based method.
COMPARE THE SERVICES →Do you offer classes?
Yes. We run four signature group classes: Flexibility, Mobility and Balance, Stability and Core, Strength and Conditioning, and Pure Strength. Every class is 45 minutes, capped at 15 members, and actively coached.
SEE THE CLASSES →Do you have pain management services?
Yes, and we keep it conservative. We combine corrective exercise, manual stretching, and hands-on techniques like manual therapy and cupping, and we work alongside a deep-tissue therapist. The goal is a non-invasive path through chronic pain or injury recovery.
SEE RECOVERY →Do you have an open gym?
No. Every session on our floor is coached. That is the point of the studio.
Do you have a nutritionist?
Our coaching includes nutrition guidance, and coach Johana holds a master's in exercise science with a fitness nutrition specialty. For clinical nutrition needs, we refer you to a trusted network of professionals.
Do you have a female trainer?
Yes, we do.
