Our Stability & Core class is designed to build the foundation that everything else depends on—control, strength, and resilience.

This class focuses on improving core strength, joint stability, balance, and movement efficiency through intelligently programmed exercises that challenge your body to resist unwanted motion, not just create it. You’ll train the muscles that protect your spine, hips, shoulders, and knees, helping you move better in the gym and in everyday life.

Strength & Conditioning

A high-intensity, functional training class designed to build athletic strength, power, and conditioning. Expect dynamic movements and controlled impact, all performed under the Pure Function methodology with a strong focus on movement quality, proper mechanics, and long-term performance.

Pure Strength​

A strength-focused class centered on heavier lifting with minimal cardio emphasis. The goal is to build muscle, increase force production, and develop genuine strength through proper technique, controlled progression, and quality movement.
